Order, Payment and Delivery Process

Step 1 : Please browse through any internet websites or ibrandcornerblogspot.com or ibrandcorner facebook and see what items you would like to buy.

Step 2 : Once you have decided on the item, please copy the code, picture, color, website link and PM us on ibrandcorner@gmail.com or facebook : i-Brand Corner.

Step 3 : Please wait for our reply on the availability of the item.

Step 4 : All the customers from Malaysia can pay us through Public Bank (I Brand Corner : 3-9884429-03) or HSBC and the bank details will be provided after confirmation of the order.

Step 5 : Full payment is required for pre-order and ready stock.

Step 6 : The item will Malaysia approximately 3-4 weeks. (Note : the delivery time frame is only approximates and it depends on the post office or customs clearance).

Step 7 : For ready stock, the delivery lead time is within 5 working days.(FREE shipping within WM, OR alternatively we can meet up in KL, Selangor to pass the item to you or you may PM us your prefer mode of delivery).

Terms and Conditions

Attention : We are not welcome : Fussy Buyer, Booked and Run Buyers !

Please note that Goods sold are Not Returnable, Refundable and Exchangeable. Therefore, we hope that the buyers are consider the following terms and conditions before placing the order :

1. All items are based on PRE-ORDER and we do not keep any item in hand unless stated "Ready Stock".

2. For READY STOCK, all items reserved are based on first come first serve basis. Reservations can only be made for a maximum 3 days, thereafter the item will be released to any interested buyers.

3. NO CANCELLATION is allowed once the order is confirmed.

4. Items sold are strictly NOT RETURNABLE, REFUNDABLE and EXCHANGEABLE.

5. We are NOT be responsible for any damages or losses caused during delivery. (Note : Sometime there is a possibility that the item might have slight damages or scratches in the process of delivery).

6. NO DUSTBAG or BOX are given due to costly postage. Dustbag and box request will be incurred additional cost.
